Update: Bill the beloved dog has been found.

Caryn Wilkinson Reporter from Community News

Flatmates from a Kingsland home are delighted.

They have found their cherished puppy Bill which went missing from their Bond St home on Saturday night.

The 16-week-old Pomeranian is now safely back home after an appeal on Facebook and a Neighbourly community news story about Bill's disappearance.

One of the roommates said they were grateful and overwhelmed with all the support during the last 72 hours.

"We want to thank every single person who helped bring him home safe," she said.

"We are now complete."

Bill vanished about 11 pm after three strangers gatecrashed their party, resident Lucinda Barwell said.

Occupants asked the men to leave after they tried unsuccessfully to sell drugs to one of the flatmates, Barwell said.

"Only moments later did we realise that Bill had gone missing too."
