Poll: Do we need more pedestrian crossings on Waimea Road?
A council investigation is underway into making Waimea Road a "liveable arterial". Part of that includes the suggestion of putting pedestrian crossings, most likely pedestrian refuges or islands.
Do you think more pedestrian crossings would be a good idea on Waimea Road? What kind would you like? Where would you put them? Would you walk or bike more on Waimea Road if you knew you could cross it more easily?
