We are a Youth Development Organisation based in the heart of Grey Lynn. The Youthline vision is to create communities, which relate to the needs of young people, respond to them, and support them to achieve their potential.

❤ Youthline operates a National Youth Helpline service which has free text (234), free call (0800 37 66 33), web chat and online video counselling for young people who just need someone to walk alongside them. Our counsellors and Youth Workers are real people, specialised in a range of issues, who can work with young people in a confidential and safe environment and help them to make decisions, discover their strengths, deal with difficult life events both present and past. We run volunteer training programmes, we offer Face to Face counselling service and a number of workshops and programmes with an interactive and creative framework. 

☕ We also have a small deli "Youthline’s Thyme Out Café". A community café and catering business where we sell fresh coffee, baked goods, sweet treats, tasty breakfast and light lunch items. As a Youthline enterprise all profits go directly into supporting Youthline’s work with young people and families: "For every coffee bought, you'll help us to run 1 minute of Youthline's Helpline!"
