We are a group of committed people/families and have been enjoying many projects together over the past 8 years. One of our star projects was a treasure hunt through Pt Chev where over 300 people participated.mone if our members who is in tertiary education has since taken this project further and it is mow held in many Waitakere suburbs and even across New Zealand. For the past 7 years we have been running and gardening at the Old Homestead Community Garden, we have a bulk purchasing group organising organic, TradeAid and other bulk foods. Our latest project is CowPooling and a CSA like scheme growing potatoes, kumara and hopefully other staples with a Tongan in South Auckland. Our member Niki Harre is currently touring the Noth Island with her sister Laila getting people to "Rethink the System".
