SPCA helps protect over 34,000 animals in New Zealand every year. Animals who are sick, injured, abused or simply abandoned.
SPCA's Centre in Mangere/Auckland is the biggest and busiest centre in the country. It was founded in 1883 and has been protecting animals for 150 years since. SPCA's Centre in Hobsonville is the newest centre in the country.
When you donate to or shop at SPCA Op Shops, not only are you shopping sustainably by buying secondhand, but the money you spend in store is for a good cause. All money raised at SPCA Op Shops contributes towards helping New Zealand’s abandoned, abused and neglected animals in need.
