You can also drop your voting papers in to a ballot box at the Council’s Rolleston offices, at the Darfield, Leeston, Lincoln and Rolleston libraries, Selwyn Aquatic Centre, Lincoln Event Centre and West Melton Community and Recreation Centre – open all this week during normal hours, and on Saturday up to 12 midday.
Voting closes on 12 October. Make this Saturday your ‘Vote Day’ and get your voting papers in the post or a ballot box, so they reach us in plenty of time.

Rolleston New World, 10am to 4pm
And on Sunday 6 October - at the Prebbleton Market, 12 to 4pm
You can also drop your voting papers into Council ballot boxes during open hours at a Selwyn Library, Lincoln Event Centre, Selwyn Aquatic Centre or West Melton Community and Recreation Centre.
Voting is now open in the 2019 local elections, and most people will have received their voting papers in the mail by the end of this week.

Paparua – disruptions likely due to outage at Paparua intake.
Operators are working to restore the intakes, but as river levels drop further outages are likely.
