What is PT in the park all about? PT in the park is a free 60min workout on every Saturday morning run by Focus and by the support of local personal trainers, instructors and fitness industry students.
We offer help to modify movements or provide options which are suitable for all ages and abilities. We also have heaps of fun!
PTIP starts at 9am every Saturday & finishes at 10am, look for the keen crowd, chalk signage by the monkey bars at Hagley Park, Carlton Mill Corner.
