Pt Chevalier with its long span of coastline you can always find a secluded spot. Wait for the tide to head out and walk along the shoreline for a unique and hidden view of one of Auckland‘s much loved suburbs. Pt Chevalier is an ideal spot to spend the day, a barbie on the lawn, frisbee on the sand and a dip in the warm sea in the heat of Summer.
At high tide the beach is magical perfect for picnics, BBQs, breakfast or lunch while the kids play at the park. Magnificent pohutukawa spill out onto the beach providing excellent shade cover. Take your fish and chips down to Pt Chevalier beach in the Summer and check out the Concerts and fantastic playground at neighbouring Coyle Park.
