PGF Services is part of the PGF Group (The Problem Gambling Foundation of NZ is now trading as PGF Group).

At PGF Services we provide free and confidential counselling and support services throughout New Zealand for anyone impacted by gambling.

We have duty counsellors available by phone, email or live chat between 8.30am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday to answer questions and provide immediate support.

PGF Services has a dedicated health promotion team who work in the community to raise awareness of gambling harm. Our team provide:

• Education and training on identifying and screening for gambling harm
• Advocacy work, aiming to achieve effective and caring policies that minimise the harm from gambling in NZ
• Support for gambling venues to to provide a safe environment
• Stalls at community events
• A specialised library with printable fact sheets.

The PGF Group is the overarching brand for PGF Services, Mapu Maia Pasifika Service and Asian Family Services.
