MANUKAU EAST COUNCIL OF SOCIAL SERVICES INC. (MECOSS) is a not for profit organisation established in 1997 to support the community in the Manukau East area with the provision of several vital services as well as providing networking opportunities, educational updates, capacity building and research. We are part of a Regional and National NGO, who maintain a working relationship with Government departments to formulate social service policy in New Zealand.
