Some 12 groups meet regularly in the workrooms  - weekly, fortnightly or monthly, to suit members - and any member of the Society can join as many or few groups as they choose.

The society has a new website and logo, with our motto of "Create - Learn - Enjoy".

The Society's shop and gallery are run by volunteer members, and all members are welcome to submit items for exhibition and sale.

About the Gallery:

The Kapiti Arts and Craft Society Gallery, established in 1992, is located at the back of the Matai Road Reserve at Raumati Beach. An attractive extension to the Arts Rooms, the Gallery regularly exhibits works by Society members, and occasionally by other local guest artists. In addition to regular ongoing multi-faceted displays throughout the year, every month the Gallery features different disciplines of art or craft with artists in action where possible.
