We are a Japanese style based Karet club with international affiliation. The club has been in Browns Bay for 10 plus years and has trained hundreds of students. Training karate will improve fitness, strength, concentration, flexibility and stress management.
Karate is not just for children, but a great way to connect with others in the comunity. It will help with Confidence, Self defence, Fitness, and flexibility.
Our students range from 6 Years old to 63 years old. all are welcome
we train on a tuesday and wednesday Night
Beginners from 5:45 - 6:30
Intermediate from 6:15 to 7:30
advanced 7:30 - 8 Pm
