If you or anyone you know could benefit from this 6 week program then please get in touch. The group is friendly and others who have attended would describe it as being helpful in supporting the grieving process. Grief and loss may be of a partner, parent, child or someone important in your life.

Grief and Loss support services are looking to train local people as volunteer facilitators/companions for our Seasons for Growth grief and loss programme in local schools for young people who are dealing with significant life changes .
You would have had a personal experience of loss and grief, and be available during school time for approximately 2 hours per week over a school term.
These programmes are open to the community and are non-religious.
The initial training will be held over two days on weekend in September at no cost to you.

Grief and Loss Support Services will be starting an adult support group on Saturday 25th of May from 10am to 12pm. The group will run each Saturday morning for 4 weeks.
