We are a community centre that provides a shuttle service for patients requiring transport to Palmerston North Hospital and all medical appointments within the Foxton, Shannon and Levin area and we pick up and deliver patients back home including Himitangi. We also, at our Community Centre, have a small range of second hand goods, books and clothing. At the Community Centre we have clinic rooms and provide services for blood pressure testing, cervical screening, podiatry, Diabetes checks and other medical services. We also do photocopying and hall hire. We have brochures available at the centre for health services available in the Horowhenua area. Our hours are 9am to 2pm Monday to Thursday and 9am to 2pm Fridays. Everyone is welcome as we are working towards creating and fostering the well being of the Foxton Beach, Foxton communities and the wider area.
