English Language Partners is New Zealand's largest organisation working with refugees and migrants - teaching 7,000 adult refugees and migrants each year.

Our 23 centres offer a range of  low cost and free programmes to help our newer Kiwis settle into life and work in New Zealand.  We also design one-off courses to assist business and migrant staff with their language training needs.

Training is provided to volunteers working on our ESOL Home Tutoring programme - please get in touch if you'd like to volunteer for us!

We believe refugees and migrants should have the opportunity to learn English, to pursue aspirations for themselves and their families, and to participate in all aspects of life in Aotearoa New Zealand.

We work with people from over 150 countries including China, India, Somalia, Iran, Iraq, Burma, Bhutan, Vietnam, Russia, Serbia, Cambodia, Korea, Japan, Columbia and Ukraine. Our volunteers and professional teachers deliver a range of English-language programmes in partnership with refugee and migrant learners.
