Dementia Canterbury is a not-for- profit charity providing services, education and support to people with dementia, their care partners and family in Canterbury , from Christchurch and Banks Peninsula to Kaikoura, Ashburton and the West Coast. We have 2000 clients, a number that continues to grow as the population ages and early onset dementia increases. Dementia not only impacts on our clients but also on their care partners and extended family/whanau. Two thirds of our operating budget comes from fundraising.
