Our martial arts club offers a family friendly environment where parents are able to train alongside their children. Learn self-defence, confidence and improve fitness as a family. First 10 students to sign up this term receive a free training uniform (gi).

Four-week beginner course in Krav Maga and Kickboxing commencing Monday 15 October 2018. Ages 16+. Monday and Thursday 7:00-8:30 pm.
Great chance to try something new, bring a friend and give it a go.
We are now accepting new students for term 3 over all our styles:
Freestyle Martial Arts 6:00-7:00 pm (ages 7+)
BJMA Kickboxing 7:00-7:45 pm (ages 14+)
BJMA Krav Maga 7:45-8:30 pm (ages 16+)
Classes run every Monday and Thursday, Target Road School Hall, 80 Target Road, Glenfield.
