Auckland Coastguard is the charity "Saving Lives at Sea." Affilliated to the Royal New Zealand Coastguard, and a unit of the Coastguard Northern Region, we operate three rescue vessels and a team of almost 200 highly trained volunteers from our base at the Auckland Marine Rescue Centre. Our volunteers give their time, skill and commitment so that the organisation can achieve our goal of "Saving Lives at Sea."
