Kia ora, we are looking for a new flatmate for our house. One double room is available with plenty of closet and storage space. It comes furnished with a single or queen bed, shelves, desk and a coffee table.

The house has 2 bedrooms plus a study, a large living room, ample kitchen, laundry room with washer and dryer, and a big backyard. Two current people (the owners) live in the house.
- Bond: 2 weeks
- Rent is includes internet. Electricity will be split equally.
- 7 min walk to Kenepuru train station.
- No pets or smokers.
