West Auckland Honey Variety Four Pack

Christopher from Massey

Have you tried the local honey that West Auckland has on offer? My honeybee hives have produced a tasty range of honey varieties from the forests of West Auckland’s Waitakere Ranges and from the rural farmlands on the outskirts of town. They all have different tastes, textures, and colors, giving a real range of what West Auckland’s flora has on offer!

The four local varieties I have available cab be purchased as a discounted bundle of 4x 500g pots for $40. This includes:

• Silver-Award Winning (2022) Waitakere Forest Honey
• Rewarewa Blend Honey
• Kanuka Honey
• Rural West Auckland Blend.

Order online or get in touch. Pickups are from Massey, or orders can be couriered to you with Post Haste.

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

Drivers get where they need to go, but sometimes it seems that we are all abiding by different road rules (for example, the varying ways drivers indicate around a roundabout).
Do you think drivers should be required to take a quick driving theory test every 10 years?

Vote in the poll and share any road rules that you've seen bent! 😱

Strong winds on Harbour Bridge

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

Metservice is predicting strong winds across Auckland this afternoon and are urging caution if you need to use the Harbour Bridge.

What you need to know:
- Gusts are predicted to reach between 75 – 80 km/h between 2pm and 4pm.
- The bridge lane formation will most likely stay in a 4 x 4 formation.
- Motorists are urged to drive to the conditions and look out for the electronic message boards which will indicate lane closures and reduced speeds, and stay within their lane while travelling across the bridge.
- Drivers of high sided vehicles and motorcyclists are advised to avoid the Auckland Harbour Bridge and use the western ring route on State Highways 16 and 18.
