Te Kāuru - flood management chat BBQ

Your rivers need your voice! Join us TODAY or TOMORROW for a Bankside BBQ and a chat about the proposed Te Kāuru Floodplain Management Plan on the Waipoua River bank upstream of State Highway Bridge 2. We will be there from 10:00am till 2:00pm on both the days. There will be a BBQ on the go and activities for the kids, so swing by and say hi.

Alternately, you may like to meet the Te Kāuru project team at the Wairarapa Farmers’ Market in Farrier’s carpark at the north end of Masterton TODAY from 9:00am – 1:00pm to answer all your questions about the proposed Te Kāuru Floodplain Management Plan.

This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
