Zumba® Gold is a fun, easy, safe and effective total body work-out for the active older adult (65 and older), or for people (any age) recovering from injury. I'm a licensed Zumba® Gold Instructor and an approved provider of Strength and Balance classes for the Live Stronger for Longer programme.

Browns Bay:
When: Monday, 1.45pm – 2.45pm
Where: St Anne’s Hall, corner of Glencoe and Beach Roads, Browns Bay

Glen Eden:
When: Thursday, 1pm - 2pm
Where: Glen Eden Community House, 13 Pisces Road, Glen Eden

$5 per class, concession cards available. Everybody is welcome! Price for those aged under 60 is $7.50 per class.

The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.

This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
