Dog attack
Walking with our neighbour and a dog in Bottle lake by Rothesay Road, on hearing a yelp we turned round to find a short female with a long blonde ponytail, desperately trying to control her longhaired German shepherd. Luckily he was on a lead as I think he would have easily killed our neighbour's poor dog. We called to our dog and she came but we didn't notice the huge gash in her side till after the woman had gone past, commenting as she went, "You should have your dog on a lead" We all walk dogs in the forest and very few are on leads. They all go up to each other and sniff and play sometimes. If a dog is that unsociable that it can't be let off a lead, then at least warn others before the dog can attack, muzzle it or I suggest she finds an alternate route.
