Yoga for Every Body

Hatha yoga is the style of yoga that I teach. It is a calming and strengthening practice that will help you learn the fundamental poses and breathing techniques and leave you feeling relaxed. It is an excellent yoga for reducing stress/anxiety, improving balance, strength and mindfulness. The practice is slow and mindful, transitioning without rushing from one pose to the next.

Studio classes are small, catering for a maximum of 8. One on one, small group sessions and work place wellness sessions also available.

You are perfect to come to yoga as you are.
