WILLIAM SAMUELS ARCHITECTS is an emerging architectural practice undertaking projects throughout New Zealand. Our practice has been recognised at both national and international level, receiving a New Zealand Architecture Award and being shortlisted for Dezeen World Rural House of the Year in 2023. Based in Nelson, we undertake work through New Zealand, with particular emphasis on the Nelson, Marlborough and Tasman regions. While our core work is in the residential sector, including single homes and multi-residential developments, we also undertake projects in the commercial and public sector. We focus on designing sustainable, innovative and spatially captivating buildings. We bring bring passion, innovation and design excellence to our projects. As an emerging practice WSA views the relationships that they build as being integral to their work, and looks to engage with local communities and organisations to provide a bespoke, design focussed architectural service.
