Counselling Services
My name is Crystal and I am passionate about what I do. I work alongside clients with addictions, depression, anxiety, stress and living life on life's terms. I am a registered counsellor and always upskilling. I keep my own life simple and guide others to do the same. Why see me, well its often easier to take to someone who is not emotional involved. Some of my client may only see me a couple of times some much longer. Each person has different needs and therefore I work with them to see which is the right model or approach. I work with clients from all backgrounds and ethnic groups. For me I live one day at a time.
