Farming - Alpaca & Llama
My husband Kees and I have been raising alpacas on our 11 acre farm in Ouruhia since 2004. We started our fibre farm in a modest way and quickly realised that there was something very special; about alpacas. Many people came to our farm and admired our animals. We were regularly asked how our llamas were doing! I explained the differences between alpacas and llamas but the confusion remained. It is for this treason that I have written this book for children in the hope that they will grow up appreciating the difference.
