Retirement Villages
St Albans Retirement Village is centrally located at 41 Caledonian Road. We are a smaller facility who provide Independent, Rest Home and Hospital Care in a friendly professional environment. Cafe Caledonian is our modern cafe available for Residents and families and is also open to the public.
Our brand new 2 bedroom apartments have recently been completed and are available to buy. These apartments are warm and spacious, well designed with high specifications. Modern kitchen and bathroom with an extra WC. Underfloor heating in the bathroom and a heat pump in the living area. Separate laundry area with a Fisher & Paykel washer dryer combo. All apartments have balconies or deck areas.
We also have spacious studios and one bedroom apartments available. The one bedroom apartments have a separate large bedroom, a spacious en suite and a modern kitchenette.
