Training Services
The concept of SME School has been mulling around in Rosina Webb’s (Our Founder) mind for some time. Rosina started out as a passionate but naive teacher, when her restlessness began. Nothing in life beats the moment you see knowledge making an impact on someone’s life.
However, bureaucracy drove her crazy and Rosina headed to Corporate – Land. Creating, building and inspiring was her mandate most of the time, even when Energise began - her first business.
A couple of years ago she had her big ‘Ah hah’ moment whilst reflecting on how dam hard starting a business, from the ground up, actually is. If there was a way to bottle everything she’d learnt from creating a successful business (she notes - without the hard knocks, overdraft or grey hair) wouldn’t that be magic? Joining the dots, in April 2020 (a Covid baby) SME School was launched, a school and a community dedicated to the success of SMEs.
