Shorecare is an urgent care clinic with two convenient locations. Our Smales Farm clinic is open 24/7, 365 days a year and our Northcross clinic is open 8am - 8pm, 365 days a year. Shorecare provides excellent care for acute illness and specialises in minor injury and fracture management, with x-ray and plastering facilities on site. Shorecare Urgent Care has been providing walk in urgent medical care to the North Shore population for over 40 years. Owned by local General Practitioners, we work in partnership with them to provide urgent or after hours care that our GP partners are unable to provide. We also support our local Emergency Department, allowing them to focus on treating emergency cases.
