Sharon O Yoga

Hi, I’m Sharon and I teach a Hatha style Yoga physical practice. This is a practice suitable for those with no prior Yoga experience and for all body types and shapes. Props are used (all of which are supplied) to align the body whilst supporting any of its restrictions and time is then given in each posture allowing your body a deep and controlled stretch. I provide demonstrations and detailed guidance to ensure a good understanding of the postures.
I run a mobile Yoga class private service which can be held at your workplace or home and I also take classes on Thursday or Friday evenings at Ivy Studio, 503 New North Road, Kingsland. Studio classes are $15 per person or there are 10 class concession passes available. Private class prices vary dependent on the class size and location.
