Hi neighbours!

I am a yoga instructor with 8 years teaching experience and a recent position assisting yoga teacher trainings in beautiful Bali.

I offer:
-private, semi private, or group lessons in your home or can hire out a space at a local yoga studio
-group classes for you and/or your team at your workplace

My classes are accessible for everyone - beginners and advanced practitioners alike.

For me, the practice of yoga offers a sense of being grounded, light, and present. It is my goal that you'll leave the class feeling energised yet calm, refreshed and present.
