"I was born into the plumbing trade, my Dad, Kevin started his business in the ’50’s, back when a plumbers skill-set was much wider than today. This is how I was taught when I started in the trade over 25 years ago.
His business is still a landmark in Palmy, and still in the family. The trade is much different today, Craftsman is now ‘Certifying’, regular up-skilling (a good thing) is a requirement by our board, and many of the disciplines that were once the domain of plumbers are now farmed out to specialists.
As someone who has grown through these changes I offer my clients a vast depth of knowledge, a great work ethic and some good old fashioned customer service to go with it. I don’t really embrace technology (my wife is trying!), but I do pride myself on getting a good job done without feeling the need to rip people off.
