Churches
Pt Chevalier Homestead is a community facility owned and operated by the Homestead Community Church (Point Chevalier Co-operating Parish). The new building has been purposely designed to suit the needs of the community, with meeting rooms of different sizes, a graded kitchen and an 'Op Shop.' The Church also uses the premises for weekly services and other meetings. The costs to rent the facilities are kept low to enable all people to use the building. The community is offered low priced items in the 'Op Shop' as well as being a place to browse and meet others.
The Homestead is a 'place to be' to members of Pt Chevalier and the wider community.
