Positive Balance Yoga has been operating in Northcote Point for 12 years and is now under new ownership.
We have also collaborated with the amazing Biba Salon in Birkenhead Point, and can now offer 11 classes a week at two easy locations - St Johns Church in Church Street, Northcote Point, and Biba Salon in Hinemoa Street, Birkenhead.
Classes include Beginners, Intermediate, Yin, Vinyasa Flow, Yang & Yin, Broga & Mums & Bubs, and last for ten weeks starting at $160 per term.
