We are clinical massage and exercise therapists who can help with neck pain and headaches, lower back pain, muscle injuries and imbalances, joint pain and stiffness, heart condition or illness. We also specialise in cardiac rehabilitation. Victoria Mathers has been in the health industry for 30 plus years and in practice on the Hibiscus Coast for twenty, working closely with other health professionals. Move Well Therapy is associated with the Heart Foundation. All our therapists are registered with Massage New Zealand. Sports Massage for all ages/grades from local clubs including "weekend warriors" is another area of expertise and Victoria is also accredited to work with all international sporting teams visiting New Zealand. These include Football NZ, NRL League and Rugby Union teams. She is Senior NZ Therapist for the upcoming British and Irish Lions International Rugby Tour.
