Trained technicians take 5-8 samples per property and these samples are then sent to the laboratory for analysis.
A full and comprehensive report is issued once results from the lab are received. Included in the report are photos of the sample areas plus a copy of the lab results.
Testing is typically completed within 1 day of booking the job and results from the lab come back within 2 days.
