Made by Zeff is a local toastery that came about following a transformation in lifestyle some years ago. After subjecting my body to years of good times (ie. neglect) I found Crossfit which opened my eyes to a whole new approach to wellbeing. With a new focus on holistic functional activity combined with healthy nutrient dense foods my dietary choices changed and my love of quality wholefoods was born. Crafting my own muesli to create a recipe that I enjoyed more than most I'd tried was a satisfying part of this journey, and with loads of incredible feedback from friends and family, I decided it was time to share some of this goodness on a wider scale. Made by Zeff mmmuesli was born!
