As Building surveyors, we also have a strong understanding of building structures and the many challenges building in New Zealand have. This gives us an advantage over many architects and designers who may not have the same intimate understanding of your building.

We have also built new homes and completed many renovations and extensions so we have first hand understanding of building techniques and challenges to help us design a more accurate set of plans with workable details that are practical.
