Little Bubbles - Yoga for Kids
Hi lovely neighbours! I am a local mum of four, and I'm passionate about yoga and mindfulness. I am starting my own little business Little Bubbles - Yoga for Kids, and I will be running yoga lessons for children from 3 to 6 years of age in our neighborhood?♀️. My aim is to bring the benefits of yoga and mindfulness to children in a fun, positive and safe way. We use exciting stories, role-play, games, breathing, relaxation and visualisation techniques, all designed specially for the little ones?.
