My education and experience is in Business Marketing where I enjoyed a long career in running Marketing and Sales departments in the software corporate America. I was also positioned as the lead negotiator. Since moving to New Zealand, I have built a little artisan business, One Spice, Low Salt Seasonings, which the kids have now taken over.
