In Private Practice since 1994 with my office located in Kohimarama.
I am an older female psychotherapist and Counsellor with lots of life experience of my own that I bring to work with adults of all ages in all aspects of life issues. Very experienced with transitional changes with all the anxieties and grief that may be being experienced and assist to get through them. Also very experienced in working with all relationship issues of all varying couples. Often family issues become part of that work. I have worked with clients across many diverse cultures and their immigration issues.
I have experience in both long term psychotherapy and short term counselling face to face, telephone, and zoom.
