Inside out Hair and Nutrition is a home based hair salon and nutrition coaching facility. I have over 10 years experience in hairdressing and a recent venture into the Nutrition field, where I carried out a Bachelor degree majoring in Nutrition. I decided to combine my skills together to not only enhance and support how you look and feel on the outside but to support what is on the inside as this is where the beauty happens. More and more i am seeing gut health issues, skin allergies and in general people not feeling great or waking up with a jump in their step each day. I strive to provide in depth and up to date knowledge surrounding both hair and nutrition and to stay true to my beliefs. I use ammonia free hair products and all organic shampoos and conditioners that are environmentally friendly as i am a big believer in all things natural. My mission is to encourage, inspire, educate and create a better you from the Inside Out.
