For over over 35 years Ian worked as a graphic artist, campaign designer, photographer, & illustrator with experience in commercial and non-commercial studios, as Assistant Art Director, Creative Director, fashion, editorial illustrator, political cartoonist, campaign director, and general artist, designer, illustrator.
He learned skills through the twists and turns of an industry speedily traveling from drafting board pencil and ink into the digital computer revolution he additionally, developed photography skills from his hobby and love of nature and scenery. These earned numerous awards leading to, wedding portraits and commercial photography.
Prior to Ian’s commercial successes, he spent many years learning art and craft skills through the hippy drug culture of Australia and New Zealand, and the combination of these skills morphed into Ian Anderson’s Fine Art in 2016.
