In 1996 Steve Loader and Mike Wynne-Jones bought into Harcourts Tawa with three other partners. Over time two partners retired and one emigrated leaving Steve and Mike joint owners since 2012. They are now in their 22nd year in partnership and still growing. With a unique ethos of "Team Work" and the only specialists in the Tawa area, living and working locally, the Team has continued to strengthen and grow. Currently there are six salespeople (including Steve and Mike), Lauren Moult, Debbie Cheah, Dean Pettersson and Catherine Veale. There are also two specialist Property Managers running the Property Management side of the business.
