Pilates
Hot HIIT Pilates is based on Pilates principles, focussing on strengthening the core. (It's not Yoga!) The workouts are intense and all low impact, so it's easy on the joints.
It helps with mobility, flexibility, cardio, endurance and most of all strength. Core strength will allow you to avoid lower back pain and perform better in other activities that you do. Many people come to balance their strengths and improve weaker areas, while others might be working to avoid injury or rehabilitate. Some just want to get fit fast.
It's really fun because the music is awesome and really motivating.
