Experienced Personal Trainers work with individuals to create a bespoke session that uses low-frequency electric impulses to activate up to 90 per cent of the body’s muscles -
resulting in a high-intensity workout that equates to 90 minutes in the gym, in a third of the time.

Situated on Hurstmere Road in the heart of Takapuna, our new studio will give North Shore residents and locals the same access to this unique style of training as is enjoyed by those who attend the original city centre studio.

Just one or two sessions are recommended per week to improve physical and mental wellbeing – with health benefits including strength gain, weight loss, toning, improved posture and backpain relief, and improved mental health.
