Freenzi market and sell properties through auction free of any Commission or Selling fees. Sellers only pay for Marketing costs and the necessary Property reports.
We have active Auction Consultants that work with the Sellers, and potential Buyers.
Freenzi Auctions are online and real time.
Registered Buyers can bid from any location online and are able to increase their subsequent bids until the auction is over.
All properties are marketed for 4 weeks, and registered Property Seekers can bid during the last week. Preferential Buyers can bid from the 1st week of the Auction promotion.
