Flexi-Moves: Yoga for Health

I practice according to Hatha Yoga principles and teach correct alignment and breathing techniques, so that practice becomes very beneficial to health.
All my classes are A.C.C. accredited under their Community Strength & Balance programme.

CLASSES AVAILABLE:
- Wednesday evening: Restore & Relax - includes gentle flexibility moves, restorative postures and a longer Relaxation period. This is kind on the body and gives great potential for healing and repair to occur.
- Monday morning and evening: Beginner classes for those who are fit but not very flexible, or who are new to yoga. Basic poses, breathing techniques and body alignment are taught.
- Tuesday evenings: General Yoga class is suitable for those who are familiar with basic poses, alignment and breathing techniques.
