Sports Clubs
At Eastern Suburbs Gymnastics Club (ESGC) we have a range of different class types including Pre-school gymnastics, Recreational Gymnastics for 5+ year olds, Competitive WAG Gymnastics, Circus & Acrobatics, Dance, School Programmes, Parkour and Adult Classes including Circus for Adults. We also run School Holiday Programmes too! We have something for everyone.
At ESGC we strive to make our classes challenging and fun, in a setting that is organised and safe.
Gymnastics has many benefits such as promoting strength, flexibility, speed and grace as well as teaching self-confidence, discipline, teamwork and character development. By providing every child with the opportunity to be successful, we build their courage, confidence and self esteem.
